Health Surfing is a practice that uses surfing as a tool for health and well-being. These are tailored surfing sessions led by professionals who take into account your physical condition, skill level, and any medical limitations you may have. The goal is to help everyone get moving in the water safely while enjoying the physical and mental benefits of the ocean. 🧡

This certification ensures that our school is officially recognized for using surfing as a genuine tool for health and well-being. Our instructors are specially trained to adapt the sport to all levels—whether you’re in great shape, lead a sedentary lifestyle, or have a chronic condition. No matter your skill level or physical condition, the goal remains the same: to enjoy the ocean’s benefits, progress at your own pace, and have fun riding the waves. Because surfing is good for the body… and for the mind! 🌊

The training program and the Surf Santé certification are recognized by a joint order issued by the Ministries of Sports and Health. Surfing can therefore be prescribed by a doctor.

🏄 Joséphine, a surf instructor with 11 years of experience, welcomes you to share her passion for the ocean and surfing. As a holder of the Federal Certificate in Health-Focused Surfing, she offers personalized instruction tailored to each individual, combining fun, progress, and well-being.
